City Condo Living

For this downtown condo remodel, our client wanted to modernize the space, which was original to the 1996 building. It was a total gut job! We installed new flooring and recessed lighting throughout the whole unit. Bathrooms were updated with custom vanities, new hardware and modern tiling. Other millwork included new custom kitchen cabinetry and custom closet organization solutions. Finally, we redesigned the floor plan to include an open-concept living space, perfect for entertaining and today’s modern living!
